Title:  Customer Service Coordinator Oil and Gas 1

We are looking for an individual to be responsible for order entry, delivery processing, and transportation planning and billing as well as customer problem resolution. Create sales orders in SAP. Act as liaison between all parties to ensure that the customer’s requirements are properly communicated and executed. Maintain customer files with back-up documentation for sales orders (order script, order confirmation, order change requests). Coordinate and schedule transportation for each order to make sure all shipping requirements are met.

What you need: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; four year Bachelor degree beneficial
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Transportation scheduling experience highly recommended
  • Knowledge of ATP, MRP processes.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Experience in SD module of SAP, including sales order processing, logistics execution and billing, strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS (International Commercial Terms) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment with a high degree of flexibility.
