We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support our managers and employees in the United States.   This position is located in the Atlanta, GA (Parkwood) office and is eligible for hybrid work. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide guidance on day to day issues to managers/supervisors and employees
  • Assist managers with employee disciplinary meetings, investigations and terminations
  • Partners with the Regional HR Director and/or Sr HR Manager to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Implement policies, processes, systems, concepts, and practices that support organizational strategy and company values
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for assigned internal clients to include position posting, candidate sourcing, interview assistance, etc.
  • Manage change to minimize disruption to the business
  • Review HR related metrics to identify key issues and develop a plan to address opportunities with assigned work teams
  • Participate on global & regional HR project teams
  • Ensure adherence to the employee global branding policies to maintain consistency and conformity
  • Provides support and guidance to other HR team members when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, including employment law
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Minimum 5 years progressive Human Resources experience
  • Exposure to various aspects of Human Resources (i.e. recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits)
  • Working knowledge of various state and federal employment laws
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; SuccessFactors experience is a plus
