Title:  Technical Service Representative

We are now looking for an experienced Technical Service Rep for our Pulp & Paper Segment We are looking for someone to be responsible for promoting and selling the organization’s products, applications and services through on-site support of specific customer account(s) in the Southeast Virginia and the metro-Richmond area.

 

The main responsibilities & accountabilities of this role are: Manage chemical inventories, Daily inspection of chemical applications, perform routing laboratory testing in support of current business and new opportunities, Troubleshoot and repair equipment, Gather and log data. Prepare daily report to Site or District Manager, Occasional calls on other Kemira customers in the District.

What you need: 

 

You are someone who can influence stakeholders, and collaborate with others in a manufacturing environment. Your ways of working is results-orientated with strong planning and organizational skills. Additional skills and experiences include:

 

  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft XL, Word)
  • High school graduate.  Some STEM college hours will be a plus.
  • Experience with managing chemical inventories, Routine inspection of chemical applications
  • Perform routing laboratory testing in support of current business and new opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment
