In this role, you will have the flexibility to organise your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture.


We are now looking for a Site Administrator to support both the Manufacturing (Plant Management) and Human Resources functions. In this varied role, you will provide HR support for the employee lifecycle (recruitment to leaver), employee benefits, including company cars, HR digital files and assist with training administration/events. For the manufacturing organisation, the role includes a range of secretarial duties, including data management/information gathering tasks and event management. The Site Administrator co-ordinates local community liaisons which involes support with school visits/work placements as well as organising the bi-annual community information event.  


The role is based at Kemira’s Bradford site and reports into the Sr HR Manager role.

What you’ll bring to the team:


  • Previous Administration/Secretarial experience, ideally gained in a global organisation or Business-related degree or equivalent with an eagerness to gain first level HR experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both written and verbally.
  • High level of organisational skills with ability to work effectively under pressure and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work on own initiative and anticipate needs.
  • Excellent IT skills; Word, Excel, Computerised HR Systems, SAP.
