Title:  Coordinator, Customer Order Management with German

We are now looking for Coordinator – Customer Order Management with German language to join our Customer Service Team.

 

Selected person will be managing Order-to-Cash process through order fulfillment and billing; contacting customers via different communication channels; ensuring the deliveries and customer requirements are properly dealt with; handling complaints and resolving issues; cooperating with internal and external stakeholders; ensuring that the process is followed according to internal policies and targets.

 

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership. 

 

Position is located in Gdańsk, Poland, and as we have implemented hybrid model of work already we expect you to work from the office partially.

 

This is a fixed-term position.

 What you'll bring to the team: 

  • Fluent German and English;
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset;
  • Experience in order management, customer service or logistics would be an asset;
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools;
  • Very good communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Be able to work independently as well as within the team
