In this role, you will have the flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture. 
 

 

We are now looking for an experienced Coordinator, Customer Order Management with Norwegian for Customer Service Department. Selected person will be responsible for correct data entering per each order to ensure correct deliveries and invoices, register and resolve transportation complaints, contacting customers via diffrent communication channels regarding their order, order confirmation, shipment details, cooperating with logistics department.

 

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership. Position is located in Gdańsk, Poland, and as we have implemented hybrid model of work already we expect you to work from the office partially

What you'll bring to the team:

  • fluent in Norwegian and English

  • SAP knowledge would be an asset

  • additional language would be an asset

  • at least 1 year of functional experience in order managment or customer service

  • good practical knowledge of MS Office tools

  • very good communication and interpersonal skills
