We are looking for Customer Service Team Leader to lead Customer Service team in Industry and Water Segment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead the team in Customer Service in BSC;
• Manage work allocation and the performance appraisal process for the team;
• Maintain a high standard of employee engagement;
• Ensure timely processing of documents related to CS and business processes to be followed;
• Monitoring and ensuring achieving the target levels for related team KPIs / SLAs;
• Recommending and implementing process improvements leading to improved quality of customer service and efficiency;
• Assisting team members with solving issues;
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders.

What you need:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within company;
• Leadership skills and team orientation;
• Customer service knowledge;
• Very good communication skills;
• Professional approach to work;
• Strong customer and planning driven focus;
• Experience in using SAP;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• University degree (logistics/economics education) will be an asset;
