Are you an IT expert with a broad understanding of and passion for HR processes? Or are you a HR professional with strong experience in related IT solutions?
We are looking for an IT Application Owner, Human Resources, to join Kemira Corporate IT Core Applications department. This position is preferably located in Gdansk, Poland, or some other Kemira location in EMEA. Kemira IT enables efficient business through high-availability and harmonized IT applications and services, real-time business information and high information security. In this role, you will have the flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture.
Main accountabilities:
- Ensuring reliable performance of Kemira global HR platforms, especially SuccessFactors and UKG-PeopleDoc, together with the service providers
- Being the key IT responsible for Kemira’s annual HR processes
- Administering technical platform activities such as release testing and integrations coordination
- Participating in implementation and development projects
- Participating in HR Reporting and Analytics development and maintenance
- Continuously reviewing and developing IT ways of working in your own area

What you'll bring to the team:
- Minimum a Bachelor degree with 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors
- Understanding of general IT processes and concepts
- Capabilities in managing partner networks
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- You are a quick learner and you feel comfortable in taking ownership of the processes and tasks in your responsibility area
