We are looking for Procurement Team Leader to lead Indirect Procurement team. The position consists of leadership and operational tasks (up to 30%).

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Indirect Procurement Team in BSC
  • Maintain a high standard of employee engagement
  • Monitoring and ensuring achieving the target levels for related team KPIs / SLAs
  • Managing Company Leasing Car process
  • Support the team with operational work on a need basis
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Recommending and implementing process improvements leading to improved quality of Procurement teams and efficiency
     

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership. Position will be located in Gdańsk, Poland.

  • Experience in Catalogue buying system (e-Procurement) 
  • University degree (logistics/economics education) will be an asset
