Are you an IT expert with a broad understanding of HR processes? Or are you a HR professional with strong experience in related IT solutions?


We are looking for a Concept Owner, Human Resources (IT), to join Kemira Corporate IT Core Applications department in Helsinki, Finland. Kemira IT enables efficient business through high-availability and harmonized IT applications and services, real-time business information and high information security. Take the exciting opportunity to join a motivated and ambitious team of experts and make your own mark.


Main accountabilities:

  • Kemira global HR tools, especially SuccessFactors, their development and design
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements and turning them into IT solutions
  • Owning the solution architecture and IT roadmap in HR area
  • participating in implementation and development projects in all of their stages
  • Participating in HR process development
  • Benchmarking and sharing industry best practices
  • Being the key contact point for global and local IT development needs in HR area

What you need:

  • Minimum a Bachelor degree
  • 4 years of experience in HR solutions, out of that 2-3 year experience in SuccessFactors with broad understanding of the different modules including Employee Central
  • IT architecture and integrations experience
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Experience in RPA is an asset.


You are used to working with internal and/or external customers and have excellent influencing & communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English is necessary for succeeding in the global Kemira organization.
