We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with Finnish for Customer Service Operations, Team Packaging & Hygiene Nordics, domestic Finnish market.
The Packaging and Hygiene Solutions business unit focuses on, among others, the growing renewable solutions market, particularly packaging, where Kemira’s renewable product offering supports customers on their sustainability journey.
This is a 1-year fixed-term position based either in the Gdańsk or Helsinki office.
Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- correct data entering per each order to ensure correct deliveries and invoices,
- registering and resolving transportation complaints,
- contacting customers via different communication channels regarding their order, order confirmation, shipment details,
- cooperating with logistics department.

What you’ll bring to the team:
- position requires fluent Finnish and English
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
- additional language would be an asset
- at least 1 year of functional experience in order management or customer service
- good practical knowledge of MS Office tools
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
