Title:  IT Services Solution Specialist

Kemira’s IT End User Services is responsible for providing the service desk, on-site, workstation management and printing services for Kemira’s internal end users globally. The support and operations are provided in three hubs in EMEA, Americas and APAC regions. Service managers are working in Helsinki Finland.

 

We are now looking for an experienced IT Services Solutions Specialist to join our organization. As IT services solutions Specialist you will be working for increasing the IT Service automation level with support applications. You'll work closely with the service managers, the support organization and other user groups to ensure the automation increases efficiency in support and operations and maintains good end user satisfaction. The main tool used is the IT service management tool, ServiceNow. The position is located in Helsinki, Finland.

 

The key responsibilities include:

  • Identify automation opportunities through analytics and through collaboration with internal delivery teams / stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain automation processes and related documentation
  • Responsibility for ServiceNow functional design, system configuration and administration as well as roadmap development. Lead ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution tasks
  • Build the implementation plans and coordinate implementation with partner(s)
  • Responsibility for the change management in IT Services. The first tasks will be starting to fully utilize the change management functionality in ServiceNow.
  • Do smaller development by him/herself and coordinate testing

  • Good proficiency in English, optionally with the ability to communicate in one or more of the Kemira support languages
