Kemira Communications and Corporate Responsibility is a value-adding partner to Kemira’s business, creating effective strategies for stakeholder reach and engagement. The Communications function has global responsibility for brand and corporate identity development, employee, media and customer communications, as well as corporate responsibility management and reporting, including public affairs activities. We are looking for an experienced brand professional to help us strengthen Kemira’s brand and reputation and to integrate the brand into our everyday business. Our colleagues turn to you to learn what attracts new talent, potential investors or customers, and how to improve customer experience. We are looking for the right mix of creativity, branding experience and business understanding for Kemira. This position is based in Helsinki, Finland or Atlanta, US.


What we offer:

  • A possibility to drive the Corporate Identity agenda and ensure its consistency and integration into our business and strategy.
  • Engaging with employees, customers, investors and other stakeholders on branding.
  • Leading the Brand Development Team consisting of representatives e g from our Management Board.
  • Facilitating management discussions, especially within our sales organization on brand and corporate identity.
  • Independence in defining Kemira brand development, implementing priorities and target setting, and monitoring performance against the set targets.


 What you need:     

  • Experience from strategic and operational management of corporate branding
  • A strong will to drive and integrate our corporate identity agenda from a sustainability point of view, as sustainable development is an important value for you.
  • Recognition of the role of brand as a key business enabler and have a “can-do” service attitude towards the organization and our stakeholders.
  • A relevant degree, strong business acumen and are eager to learn more about our key markets.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management or relevant business and marketing experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to lead and execute cross-functional projects and enjoyment of engaging with stakeholders across different geographies and cultures.
