We are now looking for an experienced Manager, HR to lead and coordinate our HR operations in Austria, based in Krems. In this role, you implement HR strategies, processes and programs such as our annual performance and salary reviews, forecasting or talent development activities. You are actively counseling and/or coaching managers and employees regarding the full range of HR fields, such as recruiting, performance and rewards topics, facilitation of conflict resolution, payroll, etc. You also drive the further development of policies and procedures in the light of statutory and company requirements as well as culture. Being a part of the wider EMEA HR organization, you will also have the opportunity to join projects or initiatives that go beyond your country responsibility.

 

The Human Resources team at Kemira enables Kemira’s strategy and business objectives through developing the organization and workplace by further developing the digitalization of people processes, driving leadership and talent development, designing competitive rewarding models and by providing efficient HR services to the business.

What you need:

  • Academic degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of direct experience in a generalist HR role in Austria, preferably in an international environment
  • Proven experience in successfully implementing and improving programs and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are a must
  • Competence to influence and build relationships with a cross-functional, global matrix organization with the awareness of cultural differences
  • Curiosity and drive to develop HR for the future

According to the respective collective agreement, the minimum salary for this position is € 4.831,59 gross per month (full-time); increased payment is possible based on experience and qualification.
