Product Line Manager of Pulp & Paper is responsible for Kemira’s polymer and coagulant product for Pulp and Paper application. We are now looking for an experienced candidate to fit this role and please find below the job description and roles & responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:


Responsible for APAC P&P Polymers & Coagulants Product Line Management, KPI is Gross Margin and Product Portfolio optimization, main scope of working as below:


  • Portfolio management (familiar with Core product, PH4 reduction, Red Lantern tools analysis)
  • Pricing guidance / profitability monitoring
  • Raw material supply securing (co-work with sourcing) and sourcing/cost optimization
  • Introduce new technology, Coordination/preparation for product launch and prepare related product documentations and marketing materials
  • Work with global PLM team to cascade the global decision into regional implementation
  • Make-Buy-Toll decision making
  • Owner of Product Quality Complaint Resolution
  • Linkage to Sales, Application, R&D, PSRA, Manufacturing.
  • Develop product specific training programs
  • Competition landscape knowledge

What you need: 



  • B.A. degree of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is prefered
  • Fluent English both in written and oral to communication
  • Skillful operation of MS.Office, SAP, Business Warehouse analysis
  • Familiar with Kemira Internal PLM tools (e.g. ProFlow, PROS, Red Lantern etc.) will be a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills and data analysis capability
  • Experiences of dry polymer production and process understanding will be a plus
  • Willing to travel frequently when project needs
