We are now looking for a Sales Representative to join our Water Solutions business unit. 

 

Water Solutions business unit offers a wide range of innovative solutions to optimize all stages of the water treatment process, while safely achieving water quality targets and meeting constantly tightening regulations, serving both municipal and industrial customers globally. 

 

This position is located in Aartselaar, Belgium. 

 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Growing and strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Actively developing new business and expanding market presence.
  • Positioning and selling Kemira’s full product portfolio, including coagulants, flocculants, defoamers, and antiscalants.
  • Analyzing customer processes and translating needs into effective, tailored solutions.
  • Leading commercial discussions and negotiating agreements.
  • Defining and executing your sales strategy in close alignment with your manager. 

 

What you’ll bring to the team: 

  • A degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or environmental science.
  • At least five years of experience in sales within water treatment.
  • Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes.
  • A commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Confidence in building relationships and closing deals.
  • Fluency in Dutch and a good command of French and English.
  • A clear focus on growth, value creation, and collaboration in line with Kemira Principles.
