We are now looking for an IT Onsite Coordinator at our Regional Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. The IT On-site Coordinator is responsible for the on-site operations, performance, compliance, and efficiency for all US sites.  

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the work carried out by external on-site vendors and Kemira on-site technicians, holding managerial responsibilities of Kemira on-site technicians over his own/her area.
  • Supports Kemira on-site technicians and external on-site vendors in their work, ensuring they have the knowledge and are following Kemira IT’s standard processes, policies and are using Kemira standard tools.
  • Ensures that the services are provided according to Kemira SLAs and Targets. He/she continuously follows-up and improves performance of on-site services in area. He/she analyses the work of Kemira technicians and external on-site vendors making sure they perform their work in set SLAs and comply with Kemira policies.
  • Responsible for Kemira sites being provided with necessary IT hardware (e.g. workstations etc.)
  • Responsible for on-site service transfer and implementation in a case of a site or a vendor change and acts as a local contact for on-site contracts.
  • On-site Coordinator will work as an onsite-technician Kemira nominated sites.
  • Reports performance and trends and suggest areas of improvement to the global on-site service manager and is a communication bridge between IT Service Managers, service desk and end-users.
  • Advance computer troubleshooting skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, Teams) and the ability to perform other computer functions

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years experience in a Technology Environment
  • Min. 5 years experience of Incident, Problem & Change Management processes
  • Experience of assets and CMDB methods and tools; understanding of Service organizations and the importance of CMDB
  • Attention to detail, is creative and flexible, can work effectively under tight deadlines, and is comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to effectively interact with all members of the communications team and the organization
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in the I.T field (or equivalent experience)
  • Solid supervisory and team lead experience                                                   
  • Good knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery processes (preferably with formal certification)
  • Good understanding of the importance of IT security
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Business and financial awareness of the impact of Changes
