We are now looking for a DRP Specialist for our Oil & Gas segment.  The position will be located in our Atlanta regional office. 

 

Kemira Supply Chain Management boosts operational excellence through building world class operations in customer service, logistics, supply chain planning and procurement. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus but not required. This person would manage chemical movements from our plants to our terminals, manage terminal inventory, and arrange customer site deliveries in the field.  With the current market situation the right fit would be a person that could read and plan to customer forecasts, be proficient in SAP, and be led by a lean mentality.  Your skillset and Kemira’s vast opportunities have the potential to create a lifelong relationship built on mutual success!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interfacing with customers
  • Entering customer orders
  • Managing & replentishing terminal inventory
  • Managing field delivery equipment
  • Reconciling customer orders and terminal inventory
  • Tracking rail and truck shipments
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Comprehend customer forecasts and schedules to determine future needs
  • Communicate with Commercial teams to provide feedback about customer interactions
  • Communicate with external business partners to execute customer orders

 

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; four year Bachelor degree beneficial
  • Oil and gas experience a plus
  • Industry certifications a plus
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • SAP experience a strong plus
  • Problem solving, analytical, strong judgment and decision making skills
