We are now looking for a Logistics Clerk for our Industry and Water Coagulants segment at our Fontana, CA, manufacturing facility. This position will carryout logistics operations, SAP shipment processing tasks, shipping document scanning, retention, driver payroll, associated tasks and general administration activities for their local operation(s.)
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Process inbound and outbound deliveries in SAP
- Collect and scan POD’s and associated documents in SAP
- Prepare driver payroll and contractor settlements
- Obtain and file shipping documentation and other shipment documents
- File driver related documents
- File asset related documents
- Carryout parcel shipping
- Conduct other administrative office tasks
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience working with little supervision.
- Experience with MS office applications including word, excel, power point and outlook.
