We are now looking for a Sr Generalist for our People & Culture function.

The People & Culture function contributes to business success by supporting talent development, acquisition, culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, new ways of working, mergers and acquisitions, performance, rewards, and well-being. The team also provides operational support for managers and employees globally.

This position is located in Fray Bentos, Uruguay.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Supporting talent development and acquisition processes.
Driving culture transformation and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Providing operational support to managers and employees in manufacturing inviroment.
Facilitating new ways of working and supporting well-being initiatives.

What you’ll bring to the team:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluent Spanish, advanced English, Portuguese as a plus.

Knowledge of government and local employment and benefit laws and regulations (Uruguay and Chile).

5+ years of experience in human resources, people operations, or a similar generalist role.
Habilit to work with union negotiations and employee relations.
Experience supporting talent development, employee relations, and change management.
Ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
Commitment to delivering value and supporting growth.
Proactive and inclusive approach to problem-solving.
