We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with Danish to join our Customer Operations Water Solutions Nordics Team. Water Solutions business unit offers a wide range of innovative solutions to optimize all stages of the water treatment process, while safely achieving water quality targets and meeting constantly tightening regulations, serving both municipal and industrial customers globally. 

This position is temporary and offered as a fixed-term contract to cover a leave of absence. The role is based in our Gdańsk office (Poland). Business Service Center (BSC) in Gdańsk is a multifunctional hub supporting customer service, procurement, finance, administration, and IT operations. The center fosters a dynamic, multicultural environment built on openness, cooperation, and strong internal partnerships.

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing Order-to-Cash process through order fulfillment and billing.
  • Contacting customers via different communication channels regarding their order, order confirmation, shipment details etc.
  • Ensuring the deliveries and customer requirements are properly dealt with.
  • Registering and resolving transportation complaints.
  • Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that the process is followed according to internal policies and targets.

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Fluent level of English and Danish language.
  • Logistics background and experience in customs formalities would be an asset.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • At least 1 year of functional experience in order management or customer service.
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Maintaining good team spirit & cooperation.
