Title: Coordinator, Customer Order Management with Spanish

We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with Spanish to join our Customer Operations Department – Packaging and Hygiene Solutions.

The Packaging and Hygiene Solutions business unit focuses on, among others, the growing renewable solutions market, particularly packaging, where Kemira’s renewable product offering supports customers on their sustainability journey.

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdansk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership.

This is a fixed-term position for 1.5 years.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Managing the Order-to-Cash process, including order fulfillment and billing.
Communicating with customers through various channels regarding their orders, confirmations, and shipment details.
Ensuring deliveries and customer requirements are handled efficiently and accurately.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operations.
Following internal policies and targets to maintain process integrity and compliance.

What you’ll bring to the team:

Proficiency in English and Spanish language.
Experience in logistics and familiarity with customs formalities (preferred).
Working knowledge of SAP.
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in order management or customer service.
Practical skills in MS Office tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

The starting base salary range for this role is between 7400 to 8400 PLN per month. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organisational needs.
