We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with Swedish for Customer Service Operations, Team Packaging & Hygiene Nordics. The Packaging and Hygiene Solutions specializes in innovative solutions that enable customers to create fiber-based products suited for a circular economy and replacing plastics, while optimizing resource efficiency, product performance, and quality. Serving paper, board, tissue, and molded fiber packaging manufacturers across the globe.  

 

This is a permanent position based in our Gdańsk office. Business Service Center (BSC) in Gdańsk, Poland, is a multifunctional hub supporting customer service, procurement, finance, administration, and IT operations. The center fosters a dynamic, multicultural environment built on openness, cooperation, and strong internal partnerships 

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Correct data entering per each order to ensure correct deliveries and invoices
  • Registering and resolving transportation complaints
  • Contacting customers via different communication channels regarding their order, order confirmation, shipment details etc.
  • Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that the process is followed according to internal policies and targets

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Position requires fluent Swedish and English (additional language would be an asset)
  • At least 1 year of functional experience in order management or customer service
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset
