We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with English to join our Customer Service Team.

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership.

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • managing Order-to-Cash process through order fulfillment and billing
  • contacting customers via different communication channels
  • ensuring the deliveries and customer requirements are properly dealt with
  • handling complaints and resolving issues
  • cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
  • ensuring that the process is followed according to internal SLAs and KPIs

 What you will bring to the team:

  • position requires fluent English
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset
  • additional language would be an asset
  • at least 1 year of functional experience in order management and customer service
  • good practical knowledge of MS Office tools
  • very good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • experience in export and/or ocean shipment would be an advantage
