We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management English to join our Customer Service Team. 

Business Service Center (BSC) in Gdańsk, Poland, is a multifunctional hub supporting customer service, procurement, finance, administration, and IT operations. The center fosters a dynamic, multicultural environment built on openness, cooperation, and strong internal partnerships. 

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Scale Interface process, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely billing.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels to support seamless operations.
  • Monitoring data accuracy in SAP and reviewing reports from shipping points to ensure reliable information flow.
  • Managing deliveries and addressing customer requirements to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Handling complaints and proactively resolving issues to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Ensuring all process steps are completed in line with internal policies and performance targets.

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in order management or customer service, or equivalent experience.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive team spirit and foster effective cooperation

  • The starting base salary range for this role is 6,200 – 7,500 PLN per month. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organizational needs.
