We are looking for Coordinator, Internal Order Management to join Procurement department in Kemira Gdansk (Business Service Center). This is temporary 1 year position.

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership. Procurement is part of Supply Chain Management in the Operations unit and manages operational purchasing across regions. Procurement executes supplier agreements, maintains pricing data in SAP, and oversees distribution replenishment planning to ensure timely and efficient material availability globally.

In this role you will be responsible for:

managing Material flows from and to manufacturing locations inside EMEA,
managing Material flows from EMEA to Kemira locations in other regions,
cooperating with internal Customers and Kemira Logistic Partners,
working on process improvements and alignment with stakeholders.

What you’ll bring to the team:

very good command of English
experience in SCM area
good practical knowledge of MS Office tools,
very good communication skills and sense of urgency,
analytical thinking and drive for results,
teamwork attitude.
