We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with Italian to join our Customer Operations Department, Packaging and Hygiene Solutions Business Unit.

 

Packaging & Hygiene Solutions business unit specializes in innovative solutions that enable customers to create fiber-based products suited for a circular economy and replacing plastics, while optimizing resource efficiency, product performance, and quality. The business unit serves paper, board, tissue, and molded fiber packaging manufacturers across the globe.

This position is located in Kemira Business Service Center (BSC) in Gdańsk, which is a multifunctional hub supporting customer service, procurement, finance, administration, and IT operations. The center fosters a dynamic, multicultural environment built on openness, cooperation, and strong internal partnerships. 

 

This is a permanent role.

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Order-to-Cash process, including order fulfillment and billing.
  • Entering and verifying order data to ensure accurate deliveries and invoices.
  • Registering and resolving transportation complaints in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and other channels regarding order status, confirmations, and shipment details.
  • Cooperating closely with the logistics department to coordinate shipments.
  • Monitoring order processing and proactively addressing any discrepancies or delays.
  • Supporting process improvements.

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset.
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The starting base salary range for this role is between 7400-8400 PLN monthly. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organisational needs.
