We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR team in Gdansk. Our team supports Kemira Gdansk organization to enable success and to ensure a place where everyone can be their best. The role will include working with employment lifecycle activities, digital HR tools and systems, annual activities, recruitments and also with other HR projects. The position is located in Gdansk office. 

In this role, you will have the flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture.

What you’ll bring to the team: 

•    Higher degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent education
•    4 years of relevant experience in HR ideally in international / corporate environment
•    Strong analytical skills and business acumen
•    Very good oral and written command of Polish and English
•    Good communication skills and a pragmatic approach to effectively cooperate and communicate with various stakeholders 
•    High level of integrity and ethics
