We are now looking for an IT Service Desk Agent with Finnish language to join IT Department. IT Department consist of processes from three fields including services, applications and projects. Teams within Gdańsk BSC are EMEA Region Service Desk, SAP Support as well as Sharepoint team. IT team in Gdansk is serving Kemira globally.

In this role, you will have the flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture.

 

This role is based in Gdańsk, Poland and we offer a relocation package for this purpose.

 

What you will learn with us:

  • Customer service skills 
  • How to provide support for end-users from different cultures
  • Troubleshooting and incident investigation skills
  • ITIL process in practice

 

What you'll bring to the team: 

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish
  • Knowledge of systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • At least 1 year experience in relevant area
  • Good analytical skills 
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer orientation
