We are now looking for an IT Service Desk Agent to join our Information Technology function.
Information Technology function develops and delivers reliable, cost-efficient information technology services that support Kemira’s strategy and ensure global business continuity. IT focuses on excellence in cloud, applications, data & analytics, and information security to enable high-end services for our customers and operations.
This position is located in Gdansk, Poland.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing first-line support for end-users across Kemira
- Troubleshooting and investigating incidents in a timely manner
- Supporting users from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Applying ITIL processes in daily work
- Ensuring high-quality customer service
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish
- Knowledge of Windows 11 systems
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Ability to collaborate and deliver value in a team environment

- The starting base salary range for this role is between PLN 9,000–10,500 per month. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organizational needs.
