We are now looking for a Procurement Officer in the role of Supplier Data Coordinator for our Procurement Indirect team.

 

Procurement is part of Supply Chain Management in the Operations unit and manages operational purchasing across regions. Procurement executes supplier agreements, maintains pricing data in SAP, and oversees distribution replenishment planning to ensure timely and efficient material availability globally. 

This position is located in Kemira Business Service Center (BSC) in Gdańsk, which is a multifunctional hub supporting customer service, procurement, finance, administration, and IT operations. The center fosters a dynamic, multicultural environment built on openness, cooperation, and strong internal partnerships. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Handling purchasing order creation and follow-up for the dedicated EMEA market.
  • Managing all vendor creation and maintenance processes.
  • Performing process monitoring and proactively driving necessary follow-up actions.
  • Guiding requisitioners and vendors in solving process issues.
  • Conducting regular clean-up activities and providing global support.
  • Supporting the implementation of new system developments.

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in procurement and working in an ERP and e-Procurement environment (preferred).
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Excel.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proactive approach to tasks.

  • The starting base salary range for this role is between 6500 to 7500 PLN per month. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organisational needs.
