We are now looking for an Procurement Officer in the role of Supplier Data Coordinator for our Procurement department, Procurement Indirect team. Procurement department is responsible for providing all necessary materials and services to all Kemira locations in EMEA. This position is a full time maternity cover with a great possibility to learn and grow in the procurement function.

Position is located in Gdansk (hybrid work). Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • All vendor creation and maintenance process

  • Performing process monitoring and drive necessary follow-up actions proactively

  • Guiding requisitioners and vendors in solving process issues

  • Regular clean-up (global support)

  • Support the implementation of new system developments

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Very good command of English
  • Preferably experience in Procurement area and working in an ERP and e-Procurement environment
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools (including MS Excel)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Teamwork
  • Proactive attitude
