We are now seeking a dynamic and driven (Senior) Analyst to join our global financial Planning & Controlling team in Kemira’s CFO organization. Kemira CFO office provides accurate and timely information and drives efficiency improvements through best-in-class finance & accounting and planning & controlling services as well as corporate level strategy, risk management, treasury, investor relations, M&A operations and IT.

 

This role presents an exciting opportunity for professionals who feel passionate about finance, data analysis, and want to contribute to the success of a growing organization with state-of-the-art enterprise platform.The main task is to contribute to development activities, as well as to support in monthly reporting cadence and activities. The role is located in Helsinki, Finland.

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing in global FP&A development initiatives with proactive, and close collaboration with business stakeholder groups and IT solution owners, with an attitude to learn new solutions with new tools.
  • Participation in process development work, as well as contribution to related training material creation and deployment of new solutions and processes.
  • Acting as an interface between finance community, business and IT stakeholders.
  • Participation in monthly financial reporting and planning process activities by consolidating and analyzing data.

 

To be successful in this role, you need to take initiative and accountability. You have a mindset of striving for concise and to-the-point information through financials with excellent visualization capability. You listen to your stakeholders and ensure end user satisfaction. You likely have a Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or equivalent. You might have already gained some experience in business analysis, process management and reporting.

 

What you’ll bring to the team: 

  • Very strong analytical skills with attention to details, as well as ability to comprehend and analyze big data sets.
  • Interest to develop and implement reporting applications with ability to visualize data.
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to work independently and ready to explore to find solution under time pressure.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and good knowledge of systems and tools supporting data analysis (e.g. SAP)
  • Experience from data visualization tools. SAP Analytics Cloud experience is considered as an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
