We are now looking for a Sourcing Data Analyst to join our Source to Pay Process & Development team

 

In this role, you will help improve performance visibility, analytics capabilities, and data-driven decision-making across the Sourcing organization and the Source to Pay process. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop reporting and dashboard solutions, support high-quality data and insights, and identify improvement opportunities across tools, processes, and ways of working. 

 

This is a business-oriented analytics role with a strong focus on sourcing performance, operational insights, and continuous improvement. 

 

Sourcing organization in the Operations unit is responsible for global strategic spend management, covering supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and relationship management. Sourcing drives cost competitiveness, service performance, and supply security, working closely with Procurement to ensure efficient and compliant purchasing execution. 

 

This position is located in Helsinki, Finland or Gdansk, Poland. 

 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Producing and developing recurring reporting and dashboards for sourcing performance and decision-making. 

  • Maintaining and improving the Sourcing Scorecard and key performance metrics. 

  • Ensuring high data quality and supporting data governance and troubleshooting. 

  • Translating business needs into practical analytics solutions and actionable insights. 

  • Working with data from multiple systems to support reliable reporting and analysis. 

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities in tools, processes, and ways of working. 

  • Training and supporting end users to maximize value from analytics solutions. 

 

What you’ll bring to the team: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, Statistics, or a related field 

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with KPIs, performance reporting and dashboard design. 

  • Ability to translate data into insights and practical improvements. 

  • Understanding of Source to Pay processes and sourcing-related data and structures. 

  • Experience with Excel, Power BI or similar tools; SAP and SQL skills are a plus. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences. 

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience in sourcing, supply chain, data analytics, or process development in a global environment.

  • If this position would be located in Helsinki, Finland, the starting base salary range for this role is between EUR 4400 to EUR 5300 per month. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organizational needs.
