We are looking for an HR Trainee to join our Finland HR team for a 6-month internship. Our team supports the Finnish organization to enable success and to ensure a place where everyone can be their best. You will get to work with our team of HR professionals and learn a lot about world-class HR in a global industrial company. The role will include working with employment lifecycle activities, digital HR tools and systems, annual activities, recruitments and also with other HR projects. The days will consist of planned project work, assisting in routines and being open to what activities each new day will bring. The final tasks and projects will be shaped together based on potential and interest.


In this role, you will have the flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture. The position is located in our Helsinki office and may include some traveling to our sites/offices in Finland. This internship is paid with a monthly salary and benefits. The exact period of the employment can be negotiated with a start preferably in March.


We are looking for a future HR star currently focusing on their studies in a relevant field and keen to develop through real HR working experience. Positive energy, curiosity and drive to learn, develop and collaborate are things that describe you. You are fluent in Finnish and English to be successful in this role.
