We are now looking for Future Experts for our Pulp & Paper chemical business in Europe

Kemira Future Expert is newly built graduate program for the new talents in chemical industry! We are looking for graduated / soon to be graduated future experts to work in commercial and manufacturing roles in several different locations in Europe. Program will start in September 2023, and will last until June-August 2024 depending on your final position after the program. You’ll learn commercial or manufacturing role tasks on the job and by common high-level class-room trainings with other program participants. You will be also supported by an experienced dedicated local mentor during the whole program.

Your task in commercial or manufacturing role:  

 

In commercial position your main task will be to drive and promote Kemira’s products and solutions for Pulp and Paper chemical industry in the region or in a specific country, focusing on technical sales. In addition, you will be responsible for the current business and development of new value adding and sustainable technical solutions at customer site. 

 

After completing our graduate program you will be able to respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries based on their needs. You will monitor market situation and have a great opportunity work with an international team of Pulp and Paper experts. 

 

In manufacturing position you will learn production and project management fundamentals. You will contribute to improvement in e.g. working methods and operational efficiency, and participate in overall EHSQ development, create new ideas to make our manufacturing operations more safe and environmental friendly. 

 

After completing the program you will be able to support manufacturing site to meet short and long term sustainability and operative targets, and continuously improve operational profitability. You have gathered an inspiring and supportive network to perform at you and team at best.

What you need:  

 

  • Pregraduate/recently graduated Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in paper/chemical/process engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, business or similar 

  • Motivation to learn and develop yourself into professional job positions with chemical industry 

  • Fluent language and social skills in local language and in English 

  • Good communication and collaboration skills 

  • Willingness to travel inside the country and in Europe during the training program and in your final job position
