We are now looking for a Manager, Digital People Experience to our People & Culture function. 
 
The People & Culture function supports Kemira’s strategy and business objectives by developing the organization and people processes, driving leadership and talent development, and by providing efficient services to the business. Our digital People & Culture transformation has been successfully running for multiple years and the organization is actively using digital people solutions in their every-day work. The next chapter of our digital people experience will be AI and how it will shape the future of work at Kemira. 
 
This position is preferably located in Helsinki or any other Kemira location in the EMEA region. In this role, you will report to the Director, Digital People Experience. 
 
In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing global People & Culture data, processes, and solutions to drive operational efficiency, people experience and profitable growth.
  • Preparing and ensuring running and digitalization of our annual global Performance and Development Discussion process as well as other global people processes such as talent management & succession, recruitment, onboarding and exit processes, and continuous employee listening (global people surveys).
  • Providing relevant people data and insights for sustainability reporting regarding social sustainability related topics (e.g. CSRD and Ecovadis).
  • Ensuring comprehensive testing, analysis and preparations for smooth implementation and effective use of People & Culture digital solutions globally.
  • Providing continuous support and expertise during project participation, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

 
What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Strong experience in global HR processes in the field of talent management, performance and Employee Life Cycle Management.
  • Experience in managing people data and reporting/analytics.
  • High interest in sustainability (especially the social part).  
  • Expertise in modern digital workplace technologies and business value creation.
  • Great interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills to navigate in a global diverse organization.
  • Professional competences in project management, systems thinking, agile ways of working and preferably innovation.
  • You will foster our culture transformation through growth mindset and our Kemira principles: Focus on Growth, Collaborate to Succeed and Deliver Value.
  • Fluent English in spoken and written.
