We are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator for our Fiber Essentials business unit.
Fiber Essentials business unit develops and commercializes new product concepts to meet the needs of its customers, thus ensuring a leading portfolio of products and services for bleached pulp. Fiber Essentials serves pulp producers in North America and EMEA while establishing a strong position in the emerging South American and Asian markets.
In this position, you will help our global commercial team work effectively while ensuring a consistently high level of customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to lead commercial support activities in Fiber Essentials and to shape the commercial excellence and success of our business unit.
This position can be located at our headquarters in Helsinki or other Kemira locations in Finland. Hybrid work is supported.
In this role you will be responsible for:

Coordinating Fiber Essentials’ sales activities in the shared sales coordinator network in Kemira.

Providing administrative support, including preparing and sending quotations and maintaining information systems (SAP, PROS, Salesforce, and other software platforms).

Daily collaborating with our professionals along the supply chain.

Customer communication including responding to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordination of after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with group functions (e.g., customer service, marketing, logistics, manufacturing) to ensure alignment and support for Fiber Essentials’ commercial activities.

Participate and support Fiber Essentials’ commercial organisation in development projects and act as a key user for sales in SAP and Salesforce.
What you’ll bring to the team:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in sales coordination or support roles is preferred.

Customer service mindset and customer service skills.

Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently through self-management but also inclined towards strong teamwork.

Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CRM software, with a strong ability to learn new systems and software quickly.

Ability to communicate fluently in both Finnish and English (Swedish is considered an advantage).

If the position would be based in Finland, the starting base salary range for this role is between EUR 3,700 to EUR 4,300 per month. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organizational needs.
