Title: Sr Specialist, Tax Technology
We are now looking for a Senior Specialist, Tax Technology to join our Group Tax team.
As a member of the Group Tax team, you will play a key role in supporting global tax and transfer pricing activities, from compliance and documentation to data-driven analysis, reporting, and process development. This junior position provides a unique opportunity to develop expertise in tax, transfer pricing, tax technology, and continuous improvement while building a rewarding career in an international environment.
This position is located in Helsinki, Finland.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Support transfer pricing calculations, monthly monitoring, invoicing, and tax compliance activities across the organization.
- Assist in preparing tax and transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and reporting, including local files, master files, and country-by-country reporting.
- Act as a key user of tax technology tools, supporting reporting, analytics, and the continuous development of efficient tax processes.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making through thorough analysis and by ensuring high-quality tax information is available to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence to enhance tax operations and improve efficiency.
- Support process improvement initiatives, promote best practices, and provide guidance and training to stakeholders on tax tools and processes.
What you’ll bring to the team:

- Strong interest in tax technology and digital solutions, with demonstrated ability to leverage and develop tax and transfer pricing tools. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are essential, while experience with SAP, Power BI, and PowerPoint is considered an advantage.
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a controlling, tax, finance, or analytics-related role.
- A Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- If this position would be located in Helsinki, Finland, the starting base salary range for this role is between EUR 4400 to EUR 5300 per month. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organizational needs.
