We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Finance to join our Finance & Accounting function. 

Finance & Accounting provides accurate, timely financial reporting and ensures compliance with global accounting standards and regulations. The function supports decision-making, transparency, and financial control across the organization, enabling reliable operations and strong governance worldwide.  

The trainee position is located in Salmisaari, Helsinki, with flexibility to organize your work in a hybrid work culture. 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

• Collecting information and updating calculations in Excel for financial and tax reporting 

• Maintaining and updating financial records and documentation 

• Responding to statistical or regulatory reporting requests 

• Performing balance sheet reconciliations 

• Reviewing and archiving intercompany agreements 

What you’ll bring to the team: 

• Understanding of accounting and taxation principles 

• Strong Excel skills 

• Good spoken and written skills in Finnish and English 

• Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving 

• Relevant educational background in finance, accounting, or taxation, such as a Bachelor’s degree or University degree 

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a diverse team environment
