      • Set up a simple GEO monitoring dashboard and report results each month.
  • Support the build of AI agents for the Communications team:
      • Prototype agents for communications workflows, such as media monitoring summaries, marketing campaign messaging, first drafts of news/social posts, Q&A on internal content and stakeholder briefings.
      • Write down prompts, workflows and guardrails so the team can reuse them.
      • Run short internal demos and help colleagues get more out of AI tools.
  • Apply our AI guidelines, GDPR and EU AI Act requirements, and brand and disclosure rules to everything you build.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Experience with WordPress and equivalent content management systems is a plus.

  • Education in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Business or related fields. Being able to show what you have built matters more than which degree you have or are studying. Students and recent graduates who can work full time are encouraged to apply.

  • Uses AI tools every day and can show examples: agents, automations, custom GPTs, prompt libraries, etc

  • Experience with low-code or agent tools (e.g. Copilot Studio, Power Automate, n8n, Zapier) or basic Python or JavaScript is a plus.

  • Strong English language skills (spoken and written).

  • Inclusive and collaborative working style, supporting Kemira Principles: Focus on Growth, Deliver Value, and Collaborate to Succeed.

  • Motivation to work in a diverse, international environment.

What you can expect from us:

  • Real ownership of a project with visible impact on our global brand.

  • A company culture based on Kemira Principles: Focus on Growth, Deliver Value, and Collaborate to Succeed.

  • Flexibility to organize your work between office and remote in a hybrid work culture
