We are now looking for DRP Tolling Manager for our Supply Chain Team. As the DRP-Tolling manager for the Oil & Gas business segment you will lead our unique and innovative Order to Cash Team and manage all supply chain activities to support our rapidly growing business.

What you’ll bring to the team:
- Experience in customer service, transportation planning or inventory replenishment in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Skilled in all Microsoft Office programs and experience with SAP
- Experience with rail a plus
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with Demand Planning to maintain stocking levels throughout our terminal network. The O&G team is responsible for entering stock transport orders on our manufacturing sites for shipment to our terminals via rail or truck. The team is also responsible for ensuring the timely receipt of these orders to guarantee inventory visibility.
- Manage day to day operations at terminals that service Last Mile customers. This also includes monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Responsible for end to end processing of all customer orders, this will include: order entry, ensure order ships on the requested date and invoicing customer.
- Responsible for communicating customer orders to terminals and responsible Kemira carrier.
- Maintain tracking of Kemira ISO fleet used to deliver to Last Mile customer orders
- Additional duties will include scheduling production at tollers that produce or repack products for O&G customers.
