We are now looking for a Day Supervisor in AS Kemivesi for a permanent position.

Kemira owns an Estonian company AS Kemivesi, which has a coagulant plant in Rae vald, Harjumaa, where AS Kemivesi produces water chemicals for various applications in industry, cities and municipalities. There are six people working for AS Kemivesi at the site.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and improving safe, environmentally friendly and efficient operation of the plant
• Leading a team of Kemivesi employees 
• Coordinating and managing external contractor’s work at the plant
• Taking care of both the office routines and participate in operation and maintenance tasks in the field
• You will be involved in EHS, planning, operation, quality and maintenance related issues

What you’ll bring to the team:

• A relevant education and/or experience in process, electrical or mechanical operations and good common technical understanding. Experience in a supervisory role in industry (managing a team) would be an advantage.
• A sense of responsibility, commitment and problem-solving skills
  Energetic, goal-oriented team player with the will and ability to get things done
• A positive attitude to life and good ablilities to get along with different people
  Ability to communicate fluently in different ways in both Estonian and English. Other language skills (i.e Finnish) would be an advantage
• Experience using computerized production and maintenance management software (SAP preferred), Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word), and other computerized systems.
• Previous work safety experience would be beneficial for the applicant
• A desire to develop yourself as a professional in chemical industry
