We are now looking for a Production Supervisor to join our AS Kemivesi team.

AS Kemivesi, part of Kemira, operates a coagulant plant in Rae vald, Harjumaa, Estonia, producing water treatment chemicals for a wide range of industrial, municipal, and city applications. The site is home to a close-knit team dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for our customers.

This is a day-shift position located in Rae vald, Harjumaa, Estonia.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Ensuring safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient plant operations in collaboration with your team
Leading and supporting a small, experienced team and occasionally stepping in to support operator tasks, ensuring smooth plant operations
Coordinating and managing the work of external contractors
Balancing office routines with hands-on participation in plant operations and maintenance
Engaging in environmental, health and safety, planning, quality, and maintenance activities

What you’ll bring to the team:

Education and/or experience in process, electrical, or mechanical operations, or equivalent experience—supervisory experience in industry is a plus
A background in production or manufacturing is welcome—experience in the chemical industry is not essential
Commitment to safety, responsibility, and collaborative problem-solving
Openness to learning, adaptability, and a positive approach to teamwork
Ability to communicate effectively in Estonian and English; additional language skills (such as Finnish) are welcome
Experience with computerized production and maintenance management systems (such as SAP), Microsoft Office applications, and willingness to learn new tools
Previous experience in work safety is valued
Motivation to grow and develop your expertise in the chemical industry
