We are now looking for a Sales Representative for Slovakia and CEE countries in our Packaging and Hygiene Solutions Team, EMEA Central. Packaging & Hygiene Solutions specializes in innovative solutions that enable customers to create fiber-based products suited for a circular economy and replacing plastics, while optimizing resource efficiency, product performance, and quality. Serving paper, board, tissue, and molded fiber packaging manufacturers across the globe.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Driving the sales of chemicals to pulp and paper mills in designated area, focusing on technical sales aspects
- Introducing new products and solutions to existing and prospective clients
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers on all levels, from machine operators to mill managers
- Carrying out application trials, equipment installations and service
- Training of customer staff in maintenance and service of equipment
- Planning, scheduling, follow-up customer visits and document sales activities
- Follow-up sales leads, customer feedback and market information
Main working area will be in Ruzomborok, supporting our existing customers there.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Technical education or degree in paper engineering, chemistry, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of the papermaking process and work experience in the paper industry (minimum 1-2 years)
- Fluent in English and Slovak, any additional CEE language is a plus
- Willingness to travel (mainly SK/CZ/HU/AT and neighbouring CEE countries)
- Self-organized, proactive, hands-on mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Customer oriented teamplayer
- EU citizenship or existing permit to work in EU countries
