Facility Specialist

 

We are now looking for Facility Specialist for I&W Manufacturing polymers segment.

 

Our Industry & Water segment helps municipalities and water-intensive industries with process and resource efficiency as well as responsible water use. In oil and gas applications, our chemistries enable improved yield from existing reserves and reduced water and energy use.

 

Location: Manufacturing site in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD) Italy

 

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

 

  • We are looking for a candidate who manage the facility and office services and processes in designated company premises
  • Direct and plan essential services such as maintenance, janitor, security, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
  • Coordinate and lead a team or teams of staff to cover various areas of responsibility.
  • Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors to provide services, calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
  • Manage projects, supervise and coordinate work of contractors, checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.
  • Respond to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
  • Is requested is able to cover the position “Maintenance specialist”

 

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • High school diploma preferred or  bachelor's degree (3 years)
  • English language is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP systems as SAP is preferred
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Problem solving, analytical, strong judgment and decision making skills
  • Creativity and Innovation
