We are seeking a driven Sr. Specialist, DRP & Tolling Posting in South America.

What you’ll bring to the team:

 

Main responsibilities 

 

  • Ensure timely replenishment of materials into warehouse and tollers.
  • Thorough knowledge of end-to-end automation replenishment process.
  • Execute intra and inter co movements between Kemira plants.
  • Work closely with supply planning on maintaining accurate MRP settings
  • Communicate effectively and work cross functionally with Sourcing, Supply Planning, Accounts Payable, Logistics, etc.
  • Demonstrate Kemira Values while performing daily work assignments
  • Monitor maw material imports
  • Tolling support (Raw Material import)
  • Other duties as assigned by Procurement Manager
  • Comply with the EHSQ criteria, to respect and ensure the quality, safety at work, occupational health and aspects that may cause environmental impacts of direct or non-responsibility, promoting when possible their awareness in the services and activities performed.

 

Education, Competencies and Skills

  • Two year Associates Degree in Business with 2 years Manufacturing experience or 3 years of procurement or administrative experience in a chemical manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Working experience in a supply chain role  (preferred)
  • Working experience in international business environment (preferred)
  • Understanding and ability to follow replenishment process
  • Fluency in English (other languages are an asset)
  • Strong IT skills (Office Suite, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand and define the most critical issues requiring attention
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills
  • Ability to repeatedly produce high quality, accurate work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a procurement team
  • Cross-functional skills and understanding
  • Strong communication skills
