Kemira’s Pulp & Paper segment helps pulp & paper and their adjacient industries such as molded fiber and textile fibers industries with process and resource efficiency. We are now looking for an experienced Account Manager for Molded Fiber in greater China comercial team. As an account manager and a team player you will work together with colleagues in comercial team and other departments to growth our sales in China.

 

In this role you will be responsible for:
•    Establishing sales plans, visiting existing and new customers, assessesing customer needs, improving brand and product awareness,  coordinating lab/plant trial and providing appropriate solutions
•    Identifying and contacting prospective customers and building and maintaining positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
•    Responding to customer enquiries, prices negotiations and delivery times within limits of authority and concluding sales orders to meet revenue targets
•    Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts
•    Willing to travelling to customer sites frequently and provide necessary technical support on site


What you’ll bring to the team:  
•    A degree with work experience in the area of paper making, chemical engineering, Chemistry or other relevant area.
•    Knowledge and experience on molded fiber production  or/and paper making is an advantage.
•    Fundamental understanding and application of chemical approach in moulded fiber and paper making is desired.
•    Good safety attitude and willingness to continuously improve safety culture in day-to-day operations
•    Team-player with strong communication skills and service orientation
•    Reliability, openness, empathy and assertiveness
