We are now looking for an Assistant Scientist to join Analytics Team at our Shanghai R&D Center. You will work for chemical experiment in lab. You will together with semior scientist provide high quality data to support new product development and business need.

Kemira R&D and Technology is a critical enabler within Kemira, securing organic growth and further differentiation in the market through co-creation and innovation with our customers.

Main responsibilities are:

 Assist senior scientist in chemical experimental work.
 Support new production research and development under the guide of supervisor.
 Complete simple experiment independently, record raw data precisely, summary result and draft report timely.
 Participate in R&D innovation project, make contribution in laboratory capacity and business development.
 Take charge of maintenance of assigned lab instruments.
 Comply with the lab regulations, activley involved in lab management and operation to ensure safety in lab.
 Complete other assigned work timely.

What you need:
• Bachelor degree or above with 1-3 years work experience, college degree with over 3 years work experience.
• Better to have synthesis or organic chemistry background.
• Active, innovative, and good team work.
• Basic in reading, listening, writing, and speaking English.
