We are now looking for an experienced Sr Manager for our Product Lines, Pulp & Paper, APAC.

 

This is an important role to lead and develop our Sizing product line in the whole Asia-Pacific region, be accountable for Sizing portfolio competitiveness, profitability, availability and optimizations.

 

The position can be located close to any Kemira APAC offices or plants, working closely with the Product Lines team and cross functions.

 

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Product portfolio and lifecycle management
  • Product line profitability management and steering
  • Commercial optimization (e.g. pricing guidance, make/buy decisions, cost optimization, new product launch, competition intelligence)
  • Operative optimization (e.g. complaints, demand/utilization, allocation, expansions)
  • Build up spider web for sales, applications, manufactuaring, R&D, PSRA, supply chain, planning
  • Work with global PLM to cascade the global decision into regional implementation

 

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Min. 10 years in Pulp & Paper industry, preferably within commercial, manufacturing, finance, business control or management
  • Bachelor degree of chemistry or engineering, and necessary sizing knowledges
  • Fluent English communication skills, excellent presentation and data analysis capability
  • Good understanding of sales and technical service operations at Pulp & Paper customer interface, chemical manufacturing, industry landscape and sourcing processes
